I’m a Certified Green Circle Salon, which helps me keep 95% of discardable materials out of the waste stream. This includes, but is not limited to, wax strips, foils, color, and even PPE. Your hair trimmings are turned into oil-collecting booms that help clean up spills in the ocean. I also run a trade-in system for empty aerosol cans. The small GCS fee ensures I can continue doing my part for the planet.

Southgate Centre has an abundance of parking, but the most direct is on the old upper level (not the leveled parkade) by where Blu's used to be.

I strive to offer the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you’re having challenges with your cut or color, let me know by email or telephone within 7 days of your visit, and I’ll be happy to correct the issue at no additional charge*. Please note, I do not offer refunds for services.

Not applicable to color corrections, vivids/pastels, fill & tones, or services requiring multiple sessions to achieve. Must be using recommended home care products. Subject to management approval.

To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all guests, please arrange proper care for your child or children. If the following policies are not respected, you will be asked to reschedule:

・Infants and toddlers must be small enough to sit in a carrier or be held (only if safe) throughout the entire appointment.

・If a child is not old enough to sit in the waiting area without disrupting the environment, outside care must be arranged.

・An older child must be able to remain seated in the waiting area on their own without disrupting the environment.

Rescheduling fees apply and are based on the services booked.

At AngieCurlyHair, I take great pride in providing exceptional service and respecting the value of your time. As a small business, financial stability is essential, and enforcing my cancellation policy is a key part of maintaining that stability.

To confirm your appointment, I require a credit card on file (encrypted) or a 50% retainer fee, which will be applied to your service. By booking an appointment, you agree to the cancellation policy outlined below:

Cancellation or Rescheduling: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If that happens, I kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours' notice. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be responsible for 50% of the booked service, even if you reschedule to a later time.

Illness: If you’re feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment for another time. Do not come to the salon if you are symptomatic. Your health, as well as the health of the team and other clients, is of utmost importance. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to illness and provide fewer than 48 hours' notice, you will be responsible for 50% of the booked service. Under 12 hours, 100%. Appointments left unconfirmed 12 hours prior to the appointment will be canceled and charged 100%. Not showing up to your reservation will also result in a 100% charge.

To ensure efficient scheduling and respectful treatment of time, please refrain from changing your scheduled service within 48 hours of your appointment. If you do need to make a change, a fee equal to half of the full service will be charged. For example, if you have booked a full color but decide to switch to a haircut on the day of your appointment or within 48 hours, I will need to apply a half-fee charge for the original custom color service.

In the rare instance that I need to reschedule your appointment, any deposit made will be applied to your next scheduled appointment. My policies are in place to protect the business and ensure that I provide you with the best possible service.

It's important to note that getting hair services is a luxury, and I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in scheduling appointments that are convenient for you. I strongly advise against taking time off work or other commitments to receive services. If you choose to do so, it is at your sole discretion, and I am not liable for any inconvenience or loss of income that may result.

If you are unsatisfied with a retail purchase, I will accept exchanges for full credit within 30 days of your initial purchase, provided the item has not been opened, damaged, or used. All returned items must be in original condition with the original packaging and accompanied by an authentic receipt.
